Correct your listing
If you are a registered installer and something on this site is wrong about you, tell us and we will correct it. This costs nothing, requires no account, and does not require you to agree to anything.
What we will do
- Correct or remove a figure that misrepresents you, or annotate it with your response.
- Remove your name from the site entirely, on request, no reason needed.
- Tell you exactly what we hold about you, which for almost every installer is: your registered business name, your district, and the installation counts the government portal publishes. We do not hold your phone number or your email.
What we will not do
We will not make a correction conditional on anything. You do not have to sign up, agree to receive customer enquiries, agree to be billed, or accept any commercial relationship in order to correct your listing or have your name removed. Correcting the record is something we owe you, not something we sell you, and bundling it with a commercial agreement would make that agreement worthless in law anyway — consent obtained under the threat of an uncorrected record is not freely given.
If we later offer installers a paid service, it will be a separate, genuinely optional choice that you can decline while still exercising everything on this page in full.
How to reach us
Correction form and contact address go here before launch. Requests are actioned within seven days; anything that turns on our own arithmetic rather than the government register is actioned immediately.
We may ask you to confirm you represent the listed business before we change a listing, because otherwise anyone could edit a competitor's record. That check uses the contact number the government portal already publishes for you, once, and we do not keep it.
